Atmnirbhar Rojgar Abhiyan

Shakti Foundation NGO has initiated a marvellous “Atamnirbhar Rojgar Abhiyan” in which skilled labour gets recognition and gets jobs and contracts. Skilled labour who is car or bike mechanic, cobbler, tailor, house maid, babysitter, field labour, earth digger, veterinary, car driver, truck driver, conductor, mends shoes, or even works in fields gets a chance to get a job. Shakti Foundation has categorized these hard working people into four categories:

Category-I: The workers who have skill and the tools required for a particular job but they do not have any work.
Category-II: In this category the workers have skill but do not have required tools and jobs at hand.
Category-III: There are people who neither have skill nor the tools but they are ready to undergo some skill training programme.
Category-IV: A large no. of people falls in this category who cannot be trained and they also not have any skill.

Now must do two things:

• Download the ShramApp on your mobile phone from Play Store or Apple Store and create your profile there with the proper mobile number. This will make employers get your contact details and to contact you directly.
• Share your basic details like Name, Address, Skill Set, Name of Local MLA and MP of your area. You must send these details on WhatsApp number 8800963966 and also tell us what sort of support of help you want from us.
• It is very easy to get registered on ShramApp, just download the app from Play Store or Play Store, and create your profile using your correct mobile number and get verified yourself. Share your picture, skill set and all required information.
• If you don’t have a smart phone, even though we have a solution for this, one can register 5 accounts from the same mobile phone using different phone numbers. It means one smart phone can give employment to five people. Just contact a friend, known person or relative having a smart phone and get yourself registered in his phone.
